What is Consignment?
Consignment is a partnership where Sandbox Coffee Co displays and sells your products on your behalf. You remain the owner until the item sells, at which point you receive your agreed-upon percentage of the sale price.

- Earn – Receive payouts on your agreed schedule

📋 Consignment Terms & Regulations
Product Quality Standards
- ✓ Items must be new or like-new condition
- ✓ No damaged, worn, or defective items
- ✓ All packaging should be intact
- ✓ Items must meet current safety & compliance standards
- ✓ Products should appeal to families and kids
Payout & Markup
- ✓ Minimum markup: 10% (shop takes 10%, you get 90%)
- ✓ Higher markups negotiable based on item
- ✓ Pricing set collaboratively
- ✓ Payouts issued monthly or quarterly
- ✓ Detailed sales reports provided regularly
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- ✓ Coordinate drop-off times in advance
- ✓ Inventory logged upon arrival
- ✓ Items displayed within 3-5 business days
- ✓ Unsold items can be picked up or stored
- ✓ Storage fees apply if items stored beyond 90 days
Payment Schedule & Methods
- ✓ Payments issued monthly (default)
- ✓ Quarterly payments available upon request
- ✓ Methods: Direct deposit, check, or shop credit
- ✓ Minimum payout threshold: $25
- ✓ Online portal to track sales in real-time
Consignment Period
- ✓ Standard: 90-day consignment period
- ✓ Renewable by mutual agreement
- ✓ Can withdraw items anytime with notice
- ✓ Unsold items removed after period ends
- ✓ Pick-up scheduled or shipped at your cost
General Policies

- ✓ Items covered by standard store insurance
